Agreement between the Client and SOMOS DIGILAB LLC
By accessing, browsing, or purchasing any service from this website, the user explicitly agrees to the following Terms and Conditions, which constitute a legally binding agreement between the client (the "User" or "Client") and SOMOS DIGILAB LLC, a legally registered company in the United States.

2. NO REFUND POLICY
The Client agrees that all payments made to SOMOS DIGILAB LLC are final and non-refundable due to:

Once payment is made, the Client acknowledges and accepts the service agreement in full, regardless of their continued engagement or responsiveness throughout the project.
3. ACCEPTANCE OF THE AGREEMENT
By paying for any service, the Client explicitly agrees they are purchasing a digital marketing, website support, and consulting service, which includes both tangible assets (such as designs or files) and non-tangible elements such as professional advice, strategy sessions, and web support.
Failure to participate actively, respond to requests, or provide necessary materials will not be considered a valid reason to request a refund or claim that the service was not delivered.
4. DELIVERABLES, CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES, AND TIMELINES
Each project begins with a proposed timeline and set of deliverables, subject to reasonable adjustments depending on the Client’s availability and response time.
The Client is responsible for delivering all required information, materials, and approvals. Failure to do so may delay the project or pause the service without eligibility for a refund or discount.
5. CHARGEBACKS AND DISPUTES
Any attempt to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without legal basis will be considered a breach of contract and commercial fraud. SOMOS DIGILAB LLC reserves the right to pursue legal action, file disputes with banks and payment processors, and report abusive practices.
The Client expressly authorizes SOMOS DIGILAB LLC to use all records of service (emails, messages, meeting recordings, deliverables, documents) as proof of service in the event of a dispute.
6. MODIFICATIONS TO THE TERMS
SOMOS DIGILAB LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any updates will be posted on this website and will apply to all new contracts from the date of publication forward.
Payment Terms and Conditions
No Refunds: Refunds are not offered due to the digital nature of the product and the personalized services included.
Delivery Timeline: Website delivery requires a minimum of 30 days, depending on the type of business and the materials the client wishes to include. The timeline may be extended if the necessary information and resources are not provided promptly by the client.
Client Responsibilities: The client is responsible for providing all necessary information, images, text, and any other materials required for the creation of the website. Delays in submitting these materials may affect the delivery timeline.
Approval and Revisions: Once the initial design is delivered, the client is entitled to one round of revisions. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.
Content Usage: The client guarantees that all content provided does not infringe upon third-party rights and that all necessary permissions for its use have been obtained.
Post-Approval Changes: Any changes or additions requested after the final design approval will be considered additional work and may result in extra charges.
Site Ownership: Ownership of the website and all designed materials will be transferred to the client once full payment for the service has been received.
Payment: Payment must be processed through the provided link and completed before the project begins. Failure to submit payment may result in suspension or cancellation of the service.
Confidentiality: Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any sensitive business information exchanged during the website creation process.
Limitation of Liability: Digilab is not liable for any indirect, special, or consequential loss or damage arising from the use of the services provided.
